It gets better.  This morning one of the local radio shows played that on air.  The station that did this is apparently the main hub for the local emergency alert broadcasts or some such.  Their equipment picked up the emergency tone and it automatically relayed it through to one of the local television stations and went out like a real alert.

I have just watched all 3 seasons of the walking dead back to back.....

if this played on my TV or Radio.... I just would have grabbed a shovel (no guns) and a pickaxe handle. And just sat outside waiting to see.
