Been very fortunate that this is my second scenario, second BoB scenario and the second Spitfire Squadron I have been in. What a blast. I remember the last one was great fun, but nothing compared to this.

Amazing fun flying with Baldeagl and 92 Squadron (Though not sure if I can forgive him for posting that screenshot of my close encounter with the 88. Very close encounter. Too close.)

There are certain things in this game that will last with you forever, and I do mean forever. Those moments when you just aren't sure if you are actually seeing what is on your screen.

Frame 3 held one of those moments. Seeing that massed formation come on screen, originally as a bunch of dots, then the wall of red icons, was out of this world. When you are not sure what on earth to do, it is quite something in this game. Amazing, and diving in on the bombers was something. I even had to start singing the Battle Of Britian Theme song over vox to my squaddies (Apologies for that) but what a fight!

<S> Roc, Bruv, Max, Baldeagl and all the other people who have made this one heck of an amazing scenario for me.

I'd have a better chance in running into a Dodo Bird in the middle of rush hour, walking down the I-5 with two hookers in tow before I see a useful post from glock89- Ack-Ack

<S>, BaldEagl!

Thanks for the screen shots.

I think that you are one of the Spitfires here.

And I think that's you left side of this pic.

I'm pretty sure your right Brooke.  That's likely the three Spits of 92 Squadron above you rolling in to attack.  I made my first pass through the left side of the formation and my second through the right side.

I collided trying to take down that 111 on my second pass and was chased to the deck with a broken wing by your escorts, one of our pilots bailed to be rescued then run some SAR himself and Mac tailed you all the way to Biggin Hill landing to regroup with the rest of us.  I was on the deck just ahead of you OTW Biggin Hill where I jumped into an 88 to see if I could inflict some damage waiting on my squaddies.

This has been an incredibly fun scenario.

:salute to the Luftwaffe for a well played frame three but I have a feeling there's a battle royale shaping up for frame four.

<S> ROC! This has been a great event and I really look forward to the final frame!

Here are some screenshots I took from the first channel battle in frame 3.

KG53 forming up as we near the channel.

KG53 (foreground) & KG54 (in distance) link up.

Bruv and his Spit I arrive on scene.

Opening shots of the battle as the Hurricanes arrive and dive in on both groups.

Wounded Hurri passes by my He111.

Our escorts chasing Hurri's as they pass through KG53's formation.

BaldEagl loses a wing but manages to nurse his aircraft home.

Hurricane making a run on the bombers.

Two more Hurricane's buzz though the formation.

Our escorts knock the tail off a Hurricane.

Bombs away on V70's radar tower.

KG53s lines up on A72 & A73.

Our spies have managed to penetrate Luftwaffe headquarters and have filmed Swariam's frame 4 planning session.
