How many have gotten the achievement to kill someone with a .45 while in chute?

I have. Was at a v base and I got a kill on an M3 after he noticed his troops didn't take. He just spawned out though.
I have gotten kills on lancs too but that was after I got the achievement.

As far as I remember, you don't need to accomplish this literally. It's effectively just "get a kill in chute/on foot", and proxies count. That's how I did get mine as well.

Got mine first time i bailed so i belive u are right. Just asked for curiosity.
Only real kill with .45 is a shootout against another pilot.

IIRC, I got mine in mid-war after I turreted a wirble that shot me down. A friendly B-25 exploded him, but I some how got the kill.

Couple years ago in a FSO defending a base in a Fw190, I went to fly past a chute.  Took a bullet to the head...

Wound up in tower immediately.  Film showed the chute got me.  Crazy!

Wish I remembered who got me.  Impressive and embarrassing all the same!

  I don't remember who it was, but a few years ago someone got me when I taxied to the reloading circle.  I think the field was partially or fully de-acked.  But in any case, he managed to avoid the ack and hide somewhere.  I taxied to the circle, no enemy planes or tanks anywhere near the base.  Then BAM!

It was a low-down, dirty trick.  Beautifully executed, and worthy of a salute.  Once I got over the shock and anger, I realized it was pretty funny.
