Is the data from the Event Viewer unusable?

Earlier in this thread it was mentioned that they would also like the crash screen info the little popup window when you click more info you get something like this.

 Problem signature:
  Problem Event Name:   APPCRASH
  Application Name:   aceshigh11.exe
  Application Version:   0.0.0.0
  Application Timestamp:   57eac900
  Fault Module Name:   aceshigh11.exe
  Fault Module Version:   0.0.0.0
  Fault Module Timestamp:   57eac900
  Exception Code:   c0000005
  Exception Offset:   0022c3da
  OS Version:   6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1
  Locale ID:   1033
  Additional Information 1:   0a9e
  Additional Information 2:   0a9e372d3b4ad19135b953a78882e 789
  Additional Information 3:   0a9e
  Additional Information 4:   0a9e372d3b4ad19135b953a78882e 789

If it doesn't display ctl-alt-del and look under other windows it may be covered/hidden.

They may have asked for that because I didn't attach the full .txt in my first post?

The only way these issues can be resolved is if we give HTC information.

They need the info I posted above and also any info in the event viewer that pertains to the event you experienced based on the time of the listed event.
Unless you have the exact same graphics card and main board and OS I am running your report will be different from mine.

P.S.if you had to power down your issue is totally different from mine, you need to start your own thread and include the missing information if you're really concerned about resolving the problem.

you should post your DXdiag .txt file as an attachment.
So far those who are running HDMI thru monitor or TV are having issues with going to white screen in game and most are able to ctl-alt-del out and get a event report in the event viewer but some have experienced total lock up.

Even if you don't use HDMI if your video card or mobo has a HDMI port on it, you probably installed a driver for HDMI audir/HD audio.
A DXDiag.txt file will reveal these things!

If the driver is not actually disabled in the windows audio panel mine will crash to WS after a short while while flying in DX 11 mode.
I't didn't matter if I deselected it it had to be right clicked and disabled.
It appears that the HDMI function is inoperable for quite a few at this time.
