Zoney rearmed a dozen times over a full 12 hour scenario.  Towered out at the end of the scenario with the exact plane he launched with.
Outstanding!  I don't recall ever seeing anything like this before.

The last 1 1/2 hours i flew not any of the 30k 109s would come down and fight. I finally landed and went to Melee for some fights.
30k nothing like BOB but a good what if both sides had unlimited fuel reserves and planes to carry it.

Early on there was some good fighting and bombers involved.

I should add that I'm with you on the hi-alt thing though, but I dunno what you can really do about it.  If you set an alt cap with a downdraft at say 23k then EVERY engagement will be at 23k because nobody wants to be bounced.  If you don't set an alt cap then everyone will climb as high as possible because nobody wants to be bounced.  If you set an alt cap with no downdraft and use the honour system then some guys will break it anyways because nobody wants to be bounced, and some guys who don't break it will still be accused of breaking it in the forums because some guys got bounced.

I like lower altitude fights.

There were some truly awesome melee's down in the mud towards the end

I love the down low fights.  Then again, when the Spits and Hurricanes were way up there, they couldn't possibly see our low NOE mission to the City.  These things self correct.  Go hi, you are going to miss a mission.  Those are the options and obstacles that must be overcome.  If you were were the group that we baited to go high so we could attack the City with our planned NOE raid, then you followed our plan to the letter.
This isn't the MA, if we are somewhere, there is a reason.
I want to know who I was tangling with in the tree tops with my Stuka, that was a white knuckle fight, my plane was screaming and straining the rivets the whole time.
