You have to triage with limited tests available. The sooner we get more testing the better. With most of the infected able to get well at home it's best to limit their exposure.

It's not like a do-or-die 3rd and long in football, and the receiver drops a catchable ball. It's more like the team knew 4 months in advance that it would be playing in the Super Bowl, and when the game comes, the team doesn't show up until halftime, and even then, it forgets to wear shoes.
