I brought the bloated movie here, before calling it done, because i know these/this communities, bring a redwood tree and it will be whittled down to a tooth pick, but usually the right tooth pick.
I don't mind editing, this is how it happens, more on the floor then in the movie. I'm just not going to instant response jump up with a chain saw and run at it because someone says so. I prefer a 1st hand informed decision and using a scalpel.
The problem with the numbers as a guiding light,...we are polling the sellers, not the buyers. That's not horrible is they know their future audience, which is the eternal science of advertising.
Example, I've mixed 4000 concerts in 33 of 43 years, I' totally fine if I never see another concert again. I don't care if Hendrix comes back to life. I have a TV with volume control. Same with long term players, what they think has become boring is exciting to the not so well seasoned.
Right now, prolly only AH players are viewing it. That's polling the sellers not the buyers, so lets keep that in mind.
Even though it loses (or click through) 12% between intro and P-38 is not horrible, it's a drop. Again,.. with only 90-100 views,.. that could be a very small group of 8-12 people, or the same ones just on repeat.
*Redue the graphic intro from 2 to 1 pic, and slap it down to 3-4 seconds. If someone doesn't have 3-4 seconds for the reason I'm here, they need to put down the crack pipe.
*drop the fly-by audio in intro.
*Cut the engine starts to 1-3, or remove if I get an idea, I have ears.
*Cut down the scenario group takeoff
*Replace the P-51 suicide shot
*Rework the audio for that scene because it just go whacked (not fond of that).
*Replace some flash kills with longer fights, one polls well above the other with our seller It dips bad between 8:50 and 9:50, with sellers.
Anything else?
