Fester,

Do the last names Akiyama or Lansdell ring a bell? Is NAS Moffet one of the most beautiful bases ever or what?

Mike/wulfie

p.s. TheFatz if you can't fly (as in Aviator) I bet you could still go as a NFO (Naval Flight Officer - navigator, WSO, etc.) without having super vision. Trust me even guys who don't slam the stick around have fun and have important jobs. I know 50 or more awesome guys who were NFOs instead of getting a crack at being an Aviator because of some small thing that held them up.

Not to often I say this, but I hold our Freedom dear in my heart.  Those who died before us have paid the highest price for our Freedom, and for that I pay the highest respect to them.  It is important that Americans, and any member of a free country, respect and pay tribute to those who have fallen, for they have paid the highest price.

So to those who have served in the Armed Forces, I salute you and thank you for my freedom, the soil you defended, and the place I call home, our land of the Brave, the Free, the Fallen, and the Respected, our land of America

For those who have served, Thank you for my Freedom.

For those who have fallen, You are not Forgotten.

Thank You.

The desire to follow through.  Most of the people I know that have done this have worked for it since high school.  Some decided after college.

Basically... a little luck and alot of dedication.

You're going to need a bachelor's degree wulfie.  And there really aren't any guarantees when it comes to the military.  That's why I threw "a little luck" in there.

You smell that? Do you smell that?
Napalm, son. Nothing else in the world smells like that.
I love the smell of napalm in the morning.
The smell, you know that gasoline smell, smelled like victory.
