FYI, Just a little info to help combat email worms, which dont discriminate or let you know that it happened till too late.
Now this is for outlook,/express, can't remember how to do it for other mail apps.
SHUT DOWN the Preveiw pain: go to veiw/layout and shut it off,, prevents html and scripts from running w/out it being opened.
This one is kinda a mail worm catcher:
Add a contact, call it worm trap, in the email addy type <illegaladdress click add, win will say its no good but add it anyways,
Now if a worm tries to email itself thru your addy book it will be returned to you as unmailable, and cause it will be the first one most mail servers will send em all back, but not all work this way, but at the least it will alert you to the problem.
And of course keep up to date with your virus definitions and scan often.
