Actually the climbrate is not high enough.
The following picture shows a test of the me262 serial number 130170. This machine was changed for this test to a A-2 (fast bomber, blitzbomber). With 6400kg it is 300kg heavier than a A-1 fighter model. Furthermore the engines didn´t developed full power (~55atü compared to 62atü, green arrow)
Nevertheless, it climbed with 20m/s if you interpolate the climbrate down to sealevel (red arrow). Again, this was a heavier "Blitzbomber"-262 with less power than normal.
