I have been on both sides. I daded some of my instructors, and I dated some of my students. I broke up and still learned/taught.

When you fly, you fly. When you have sex, have sex.

No compromizes or favors because your life, and worse, the one of others will depend on it. Make it clear, then "sky is the limit".
