BigJim,

Your email suggested nothing less than coming to Minnesota and "kicking my ass", which anyone would interpret as a threat of physical violence.

I'm willing to forget about this as long as I never hear from you again, either via email or in person.

The bait post was just that, bait, and a salute to the WB's community if you bothered to read it.

Yes I did read it and I must honestly say I can't see it as an salute to WB community.

BTW it was nice to see the "Lynch Mob" forming before I had a chance to state my side of things.  I can understand the folks from outside the U.S. who may not enjoy the "rights" of Americans, but the U.S. guys should know that BOTH sides need to be heard in public form before passing judgement

Since when does the general public in the US wait to hear both sides before passing judgement???

banana,
First not defending BIGJIM,

Second be careful when you make a threat to call his local police about threat on a bbs this can and most likely backfire in your face and creat legal problems for yourself if you would call more then once.  The police due take notice of threats on the internet but in the case of this BBS and the type of post BIgjim puts up it wont go far.  I know, I work for the Police.

THIRD, as early post have stated.  Please keep posts of this nature off the BBS.  Deal with Pyro directly and most likely Pyro won't due much because this is something between you two that orginated offline with a email.  If he said this on-line then this is a problem that Pyro needs to be concerned with.  Sorry don't mean to be thorn on this but this is reality, Pyro is not a parent and cannot afford to get involved in personal issues of its consumers or it could due major damage to Hitechcreations if it went legal.

Finally,

Squelch him if he is annoying.

Gorf

Gorf is right,
If it happened in email, Pyro has no control or say over what happens. In the game or on the BBS is a different matter.

I tell ya what!  I'll lend my services to this little conflict.

I'll come over there to, what is it, Minnasota, Michigan, Illinois, what ever!

I'll let both of you kick the crap out of me, get me arrested, so ya both feel better.

Just doing my best to ensure this community is a pleasant place to live.

Thank You!  Thank You Very Much!!

BigJim, I hardly ever see ya here on the BBS, until recently.  Just wondering, are ya having a bad tour?  Seems like you have been edgy lately.  Not a flame.  Just concerned!

I still love all you guys!!!!

Oh! Speaking of bad tours. Look at mine!      But I am having a great time.

BTW  13th TAS!  Where were you guys Sunday night.  I ended up getting my bellybutton whooped by enemy pilots I barely knew.  I feel much better getting an bellybutton whoopin from you guys!!

Rock:  Ya see that Ensign, lighting the cigarette?
Powell: Yes Rock.
Rock: Well that's where I got it, he's my son.
Powell: Really Rock, well I'd like to meet him.
Rock:  No ya wouldn't.

There seems a "rush to judgement" here.

My first question would be to banana: Is that the entire text of the E-Mail?

Second question would be to Jim: What did you actually send him <would you post it all>?

NOW..not asking for either of these things to be done.

But I sure wouldn't be building the gallows and stretching the rope until we had AT LEAST that much info.

Any of you US guys recall the phrase "innocent until PROVEN guilty?"

Peace, my brothers!

...and no, I don't know Big Jim at all..rah! rah! rah!

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA HA!!!!!!!!

Speculate all you want. Fortunately the U.S. isn't subject to your opinion OR speculation.

Now why don't you post something relevant to the BBS.

Toad he posted the E-mail in toto, there was nothing more and nothing less, a closer reading of the text would or should bear out my previous explanation.  banana just chose to ignor the flying and try to make an "ominous threat" out of it, in reflextion knowing what banana is and how he NEEDS group protection to hide behind I should not have sent him an e-mail.  This just an attempt by him to try and "hang" me in public cause he doesn't have guts enough to e-mail me back with his problems (which I would gladly explained to him in private)
anyhow I will never e-mail, speak or otherwise concerm myself with him or some of the OTHERS here who are of the same ilk.

Yes, that is the complete text. I will forward the email to you if you really want to read it yourself.

Do you really think he was merely challenging me to a LAN AH duel?
