Greetings every1

Need advice on a Joystick that I'm cogitating on purchasing & thought it best to ask experienced gamers as to their knowledge of joysticks.

I've an opportunity to purchase a NEW Thrustmaster Top Gun
Afterburner w/USB Joystick which was used less than a week, it's
in good condition, I've seen it, but what do I know?

The person is moving & is selling the package deal for $40.00
which I believe I can get for $38. I've read up on this subject at
Thrustmaster & various other sites & the reviews are good, but
then if I were selling a product I too would rate it high & lower the
price.

Has any1 had any experience w/this product, what do u think of it

I think the stick you are talking about is the best mainstream stick I have used.

Only thing is, mine started spiking in the x axis after a period. I believe it can be fixed.

It's a really comfortable stick to use.

I use the Thrustmaster Top Gun Afterburner II. It's a really nice stick/throttle combo. I like the rudder rocker on the throttle much better than the Microsoft Sidewinder twisty stick rudder.

Almost new for $38 bucks? I'd say go for it.

Thx 4 ur input re my query as u've been a good help 2 me w/ur advice, I'm going 2 pick up the Thrustmaster in 30 minutes, I've
seen it at the individual's domicile & like what I saw

I'd also appreciate it if u gentlemen would be kind enough to assist me by mailing me ur stick.cfg so that I'd be on my way w/playing AH successfully.
