Troops were thrilled, unless they did "PR" for the cameras by the hundreds.

I'm impressed.

If he has any control over the ATF he won't ever get my vote, but I like what he does. Too bad actually, not that it will make a diffrence.

He didn't know what he was doing as governor .. and is the worst statemen we've seen in my lifetime.

Ya keep on cheering to his propoganda BS... have fun ...  Maybe if he sent some of the troops home who were promised this by now i would find some ray of truth to all this BS .. but as it stands he's paying lip service in my eyes ... and he couldn't give a crap about american grunts.

He's a bloody 'daddy' draft dodger to start ... he's not changed much- still a coward or a hipocrate.... take your pick...

You're such a whiner....typical liberal offering. Most of you are still pissed Gore isn't the man in office...course that doesn't fly as well as propaganda and draft dodger, etc.

Nice effort.

How many times do you think he will say somthing to the effect of
"When I visited the troops in Iraq' at a speech between now and the election...

The man has a natural gift for making his supporters look like idiots.

I love this stuff.

Just remember this Pongo....whine all you want, there is not a damn thing you can do about it other than make yourself known here to us as just one more malcontent.

You live on the East coast by chance....some Canadian friends of mine said the left coasters are the whiney ones.

He was risking his life flyin jets Moose....you ever done that? Is flyin jets dangerous? Yup.

I met you at the con and like ya....still do. Just don't get too caught up in all this crap....despite Bush's flaws, he cares about the men and women he sent into war...my bet, is it made him feel more comfortable just going there himself....meant alot to the men and women there.

Was'nt Hillary in Iraq at the same time?

Ooops...guess she lost the front page, huh?

Way to stick it to her, Dubya.

God, it must suck to be a Bush Hater today.

Just asking, since it doesn't seem like a factor that would improve morale. Getting real cooked food every day, some beer, and a set of brand new body armor with invincibility mode certainly would be a morale booster for me... I just don't understand how the president does anything for morale?

Because if Hitech would personally email and repy to you and say you were a real asset to the AH community, even though you are a liberal avacado blow tard that agrees with only every post what you think supports your agenda, you'd shat yourself and pry frame the email.

Same thing, but at a 1000X' times more important and reality.

The troops needed a Commander to make a  terrific effort to do something for them. Bush did.

Rude.
How did you ever delude yourself into believing that anyone with a brain and a spine gives a dam what you think of them?
Really. your posts could all be summed up by..
"I dont like you..your against the war in Iraq, you should feel shamed cause Rude doenst like you"

Exibit one, So that you know which direction to invade next...
"You live on the East coast by chance....some Canadian friends of mine said the left coasters are the whiney ones."

point your beady eyes north.... Now, which hand is pointing east?

And the only person whining here is you.

Call your canadian friends. They can fill you in.
99 % of canadians, even the 1000 that are fighting the war on terror in Afganistan right now so that 1000 more US boys can try to suppress the resistance in Iraq, feel that your president and therfore you are full of crap. But thats ok every american with a brain knows your full of crap too.

And please. Cut the Bush was a hero to be to fly F102s(when he felt like it) in the national guard crap. It was a privilage. That he took advantage of and never paid the price for.

My Canadian friends have filled me in....they said those who live in the East of your country are mostly of french origin and had their balls removed at birth....were they close?

BTW....joyrides in jets is not what the US reserves do...they train...it's dangerous and folks die. So by your analogy, all in the reserves are just hangin out in the national guard crap eh?

Do you fly any longer or just spout off on the boards...haven't seen ya up ina while.

You may speak for 99% of Canadians but you don't speak for even one American, just so you know.

Look up where Victoria BC is..you will be reasured that I have all my parts I guess.

Go to the scores page and see. I fly under the handle "pongo"
I know its kind of tricky.

And you used the term Joyride not me. puting words in peoples mouths might come easy to you but it is a form of dishonesty and says alot about you.

AKIron. I am not speaking for anyone. Do you believe that no Americans are against the invasion of Iraq, do you believe you speak for all americans?

BTW as a former soldier who served overseas which most of our heros here can not attest too.
I think it was a publicity stunt. But that regardless of how they feel about Bush and the invasion. Many of the troops would be uplifted by the visit.  Its probably all the rage arround the barracks..
