Seems to me everybody here is missing the main point of the post. JB commented he had a nice looonnnggg 1 vs 1. Fighting a 1 on 1 anywhere but the DA is a bit like being an NFL quarterback...hold the ball to long and you'll get flattened. Since pongo was flying a 190...JB had the edge in anything else in the plane set in a low level T&B (thats how it seems in original message). I fly over a one on one and I'll watch a bit to see if the fight is well in hand...maybe i'll ask the friendly if he's ok...or swoop the kill;) ...but it it goes more than a few more turns I'm going down if I dont see anything else to engage.

I dont care if JB is 13 or 31...he has unrealistic expectations.

We where in the same type of planes. They were good long fights. But I will allways welcome help in an even match. I saw drunkey high , I think he saw us. And left us till I didnt have the advantage. I will allways welcome that.

I hold nothing against the girls of SW but your emphatic protection of them makes you look a bit dim. Especially when you make qualified remarks than are not qualified, indeed.

And no I am not a want-to-be pilot. Actually I suck as a pilot compared to many of the others here. I don't want to fly planes IRL either. I just enjoy playing this game.
