Found a couple of nice chicken fried venison and gravy recipes. With a few biscuits and molasses....yuuummmm...

But soak it in terayki for awhile and then cook on the grill was very nice also.

The buck was a spike just about to fork, but it was the last day of my hunt and I was happy with it.

I used my .300 H&H Mag and 200 grn Nosler Partitions. The shot was lasered at 268 yards prone off a backpack.
