got my point ?

Yes, I get your point.  You don't consider our reasons for
attacking Iraq valid.  My point is that your point is not
relevant to me.  Saddam's refusal to cooperate and his
support of terrorism were good enough reasons for me.

I am curious as to what benefit having the Hussein regime
remain in power would be to you and your country?  I know
from your obvious moral outrage that it couldn't be something
as crass as monetary gain.  This brings up the conundrum of
the Iraqi people though, what about their prospects under
Saddam?  Or is it the dictator's situation himself which stirs
your passions?

Politics is a constantly changing scenario, for example
Finland gladly accepted the help of Nazi Germany during
the Continuation War.  Something tells me that might not
happen today.  It's certainly not something I personally
hold against Finland, options get limited when someone
attacks you.

Let's see.. US approved the use of WMD by Saddam?

Finland and Nazi Germany?  I doubt US had already been invaded by Iran, lost territories to Iran and waited for it's next attack..

Threat to US...  :lol

You would be wrong. US was in fact invaded by Iran when they took over the US Embassy (US territory) in '78.

Yeah, the US military has always been overrated. Just ask around; anyone can tell you we're just paper tigers.
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen!

reason were WMD, Terrorism...
WMD werent found, Terrorism increased
so basicaly you are realy extreme successfully after this capture ... coz its probably the first good thing, whitch you have done in ME

question is if attack on US will grow, coz they already dont need you
or if they will stop....  (it never happen in history of occupied countries)
according to news that 50% of Iraqi soldiers run away from army, fun is not over yet

Not true, the US still occupies Germany and Japan, as well as some other previously axis countries and there haven't been any significant attacks there in a long time.

Occupation may not be the best description for our military presence in said countries.

Well, I think now the question of WMD will at last be answered.

They've got the guy they say was developing/deploying the WMD in hand.

He'll "break" eventually and he'll tell them what he knows. Then there'll be a period while what he has said is checked out and either validated or not.

I'm thinking the 4-6 month range should certainly prove definitive one way or the other.

I don't think that Sad Sack can hold out for much more than a few months, tops. Then they'll need a couple of months to track stuff down.

So, we should have some answers one way or the other.

We just found the principal WMD .

USA and her friends have overthrown a genocidal dictator again. History will not look kindly on those who tried to stop us.
