Got killed in MA by a cheater Typhoon

There are several things that could have happened to cause this situation... on both yours and his FE.  You chose to call him/her a cheater instead.  Bad form.

A situation occurs that you don't fully understand.  You chose to insult the other pilot's character first and foremost.

If you want answers.. its better to avoid starting with an insult.

You may have encounter Net Lag and that may have put you in a Collision situation ( as collision sound like hits )..

I have had this happen to me when i was 400 on a cons 6. He warped & i collided with him.

I was accused of cheating last night and i know for a fact that i wasnt. I been flyin online sims for 11 years now, cheating is pointless. You gain no knowlegde cheating.

I was flying Typhoon and was told Typhoon cant turn with Spit. It must mean i was cheating. So point being, dont accuse anyone of cheating unless you have solid proof like Screen shots or film. Mitsu did good doing this a while back.

ARG didnt make it clear.

I was at 5.5K altitude(best low level altitude for going at very high speed in Fw190A5,I was running as fast as I could to A6 to join a vulchfest   ).

 I spotted a very low tiffie ,6K away from me, very low, ESTIMATED ALTITUDE: 700 feet.

(I saw his icon from 6K away, he was very low but not under 500 feet).

I dived on him, he did a break turn. I did a high yoyo and dived on him again. Then all that thing happened. Hit him, smoked his engine, maneuvered at his dead six and then ,at 200 yards from him, PING PING PING KABOOM! wing gone and I die.

Ram, if there was a second Typhoon down on the deck, you wouldn't have conned him until you were close and he might well have been out of your view.

That's further proof?  That's proof of why so many people squelch channel 1.

Your argument for this stems from an seeming incapability to admit even a possibility of an error in SA in a situation where it could easily occur.  Instead of talking to the other person on private to see what happened from the other side, you jump on 1 and start making cheating accusations.  

Sorry, but from what you've written here, I would support the second gunmen from behind the grassy knoll theory as the most probable.  Maybe we should see what Oliver Stone thinks.

BTW Ram, you never answered the question I posed to you.  How is this different than the times you said you were accused of cheating?

I checked all around for enemy cons. Lower than 500feet enemy cons show at 3K. I saw no more enemy planes than the one I attacked. I checked again while doing the high yoyo, just before diving on the con. There were no enemy cons.

One thing is to have bad SA other is to be blind. PLease pyro dont insult me. There were no enemy cons near.

There was no such error, for sure. Some times I miss to check around me for cons. This was NOT one of them.

If I hadnt looked then I'd havent reached the conclussion of "cheat", I'd have asked for who was and tehn I'd be pissed because lack of 6 call... but that is another story.

A)-I'm a known guy in MA. If I cheat and I am caught it will be well known. This guy (UBIF) smells like second account to me. I never saw him before in MA, seems just like those cheaters reported some weeks ago carpet bombing with P51s... .

b)-I have strongly stated ALWAYS my position agains EZ things, and always asked for the beiigest realism possible. Only a stupid will ask for hard realism with such strenght as I do, only to try to hack AH.

c)-I have no damned idea of programation. Heck, even when I put anything new on my computer I run into serious trouble and have always to ask for help.

There are more. But I think there is no doubt about me hacking AH.

Before you make this kind of accusation you MUST be absolutely, 100%, no two ways about it, sure that it was cheating.  And once that has been met, you shouldn't post this kind of thing in the forums, you should e-mail your info and evidence to HTC.  Keep it private between you and them.  That's the only mistake that Mitsu made.

Awhile back I chased down an F4U-1C and blew his tail off.  His bellybutton dropped and spun him around so he was flying (kinda) backwards.  He immediately blew my Spit away with his cannon.  He spun around fast enough and I then spun him out of view fast enough that if there had been just a bit of lag, about .66 seconds I would not have seen what happened (I only saw his bellybutton drop and his guns point skyward as it is, but it was enough to extrapolate what happened), and if we hadn't both been credited with kills on each other I would have thought that somebody snuck up on me.  If that scenario was just slightly affected my lag on my end and not on his end it could easily have seemed like cheating.

But it wouldn't have been.

Cheating is a serious charge, very powerful ammo (more so than Hispano ammo by a long shot).  Be very, Very, VERY careful how and when you employ it.

Maybe they just didn't see the point in responding. They just rolled their eyes.   A decline in the will to respond is one of the many symptoms of R.O.F. syndrome.   (Ram Opinion Fatigue) : A unfortunate and debilitating disease that many AH pilots suffer.

Connections have been screwy for me since Friday.  Several times today I saw planes warping backwards.  With warps like that it is quite possible for you to think you are on a guy's six and for him to think he is on your six.  

Did it occur to you that YOU might have been the one with lag?  When you are lagging, all the other planes appear to continue on their present course and speed.  So while he appeared to be cruising along on the deck on your screen, on his screen he might have been blasting a warpy RAM that overshot him badly.

Also RAM how do you know there was not a plane on your low six?

For what its worth, I have experienced a similar situation, I got into a fight with a P38 while flying my 109G10 a week or so ago, after merging, the P38 moved to d400-d500 on my level 12 o'clock. I WEPed to him but couldn't gain on him. A few seconds later, I start taking pings, and I get shot down. (on my front end he was pointed the other way)

Was it a cheater? No

What happened? Net Lag

How do I know this? Because I was on private channel with drex the whole time. (pilot of the P38) I told him what I had seen on the private channel, he checked his connection, said he saw an irregularity and relogged. From what I remember, he said the fight looked normal on his front end.
