The few (and I mean few ) times I've gotten a nasty private message from someone I just beat I replied with a simple "lol" and squelched them. I'm sure they didn't know how to handle that or if anything my reply got them stoked even further. Either way they couldn't bother me anymore unless I let them

Now.

Where is that ubb .squelch option ??!!!

Dweebs like that just crack me up and I enjoy nothing more than keep on doing it to piss them off. Reminds me of the whiners in Air Warrior that would get pissed off because I would fight and kill them my way and not the way they wanted me to fight.

Next time I'd check the roster, see if this little lamb is on and plan another mission, heck I'd even name the mission after the little lamb. Then I'd post his private whines to you on this message board so we all could get a good hearty laugh at the arse <VBG>

Man Hazed, the more I re-read your post, the more it sounds just like the person who did it to me. I spent half an hour listening to drivel, when I should have squelched right away. You described his content to a "T". Bet we could compare scorecards and see similar results.

I was the Zeke twisting like crazy in that melee at 58 last night. I saw your 109 in the dirt (I think that was you, saw your name in the buffer). S! for coming down in the dirt with us lowly folk.

Let me add a little something.

Bring it on Knights! I've said this before and I'll say it again, the most fun I have in AH is fighting the knights. They like to get down & dirty in the weeds too. Not degrading anyone else here, just stating my opinion.

PS. I was in the 52-58 area lastnight as well. Great fights. FPS & connect was fine as usual for me.

Personally I love it when another side arranges a mission. Theres nothing like the challenge of a flight of bombers and a few wings of fighters bearing down on your field. When a mission's set up i'm usually the first to jump in, but since not many people know of me, they hesitate to join my missions. I dont mind this, its fair enough.

Looks like i missed out last night(obviously, with the time diff), but when i did get on the knights had grabbed a lot of land. Off topic, i did one of those real embarrasing noob things and ploughed my P51 into the ground while trying to B&Z a niki.

. I felt real stupid so i logged and went to bed.

You wouldn't have done that in the vicinity of 58, would you? I was in a Zero when I noticed a stang coming in from my high 4. I decided to let him commit. When it did, I pulled into an easy right climb. To my surprise he was already a fireball and plowed into the ground. Proximity kill.

Don't sweat that though, everyone does that once in a while.

sorry guys im going to withhold the name this time because the person who gave me all this toejam used to fly for knits and i actually thought he was a 'good stick', now he seems to have that 'stick' stuck up his bellybutton

I just wanted him and others to consider FULLY what they are saying before they pester and annoy people who essentially are here to have fun and enjoy themselves.There is no 'political' knit / bish / rook considerations when it comes to where you want to attack is there? its a damn game of 3 way checkers not world war 3

I was there and saw your responses.

Some people are very passionate about the flow of war in the MA. If one of these people see that even though the Rooks are down and both countries are pounding them without regard as to who is going to win the reset IE: Team A has 40 fields and are attacking Rooks who have 9 fields at the same time Team B is attacking Rooks but only have 20 fields of their own then you can hopefully see why a passionate person goes off. I'm not excusing or condoning the flak you got privately at all, I just wanted to bring some of the circumstances as I saw them to light.

Maybe, Mr.Lars, but the lunacy of one person being able to stop the mechinations of an entire country hellbent on getting that base is evident to any sane person. To further compound the insanity, the person issued a threat, adding even more incentive to do the opposite of his desires.

How to handle that if you are really mean? Relay the message content to open. Once the other two sides realize what is happening they will redouble their efforts to subdue the country.
