HTC, seems to me some people need to realise what you do for your customers as they have a very short memory or are just plain stupid.

You organised a shootout, where every single person in the game gets the chance to earn $50 and $500, how many other companies would do that?

And thankyou for leaving my account open while i tried to organise a way of paying for the game because i do not have my own credit card.

How many other companies have staff that come into the game supposedly off work, and still try to answer each and every question they are bombarded with?

Seems to me you do a very good job... thankyou :)

nah, dont think it was a brown nose thing to say... It was the truth... Fact is HTC seems more hell i dont know "family" than anything else... A great bunch of guys and gals who are more than willing to help out and IMO go way out of their way to help out their clients and make the players as happy as posible with what they've got...

Was before your time..  HTC did a thing for us where if you ranked in the top 15 every month for a couple months you would get $50 sent to you.  And at the end all of the winners would fight and see who could get the most kills,  the guy with the most kills gets $500.

Really???

The only customer service and/or prompt response that I have ever received has been from billing and not from support. From the e-mail I received, it was not from Skuzzy.

Don't get me wrong, I still think that Hitech Creations has the best customer service but I just wanted to post my experiences.

Why would i brown nose? not like im gonna get any benefit from saying something like this is it?  You get good service, you say thankyou, atleast you do where i'm from..

Just sucks to see tards like N8DOG & Kidd say stuff like they did in the other post without seeing the other side of the coin, if potential customers come to this bbs and just read their view it could lose HT money.  

I couldn't post mt thoughts in that other thread because it had been locked by the time i read it.  So i created a new one insted.

Let me tell ya a story.

When I first came to AH when AW died and started my free 2 week trial, I had nothing but computer problem after computer problem.

The support I recieved in dealing with these computer issues was fantastic. Anyway I ended up using up the 2 week free trial during all of this.

What happened next was the epitome of customer service.
Knowing that I had not had a good experience during the two week trial, and that I was not able to experience enough to make a fair assesment on whether to shell out the $14.95/mnth, HTC reset my 2 week trial. Their idea, not mine.

I would probably have shelled out the $ anyway, but that pretty much made me a full time customer.

Here is where I am staying. If a better sim comes along, I pretty much doubt you are going to see better customer service.

FYI furball, i never had an opinion on the staff until i saw how they were treating one of their customers. unacceptable. name a company that flies off the handle at their customers when they get dissed or questioned.

I wish I had a sockpuppet. Everyone else gets a sockpuppet! Skuzzy? Can I have a sockpuppet too? Can it be blue? Can I occasionally wear it inside my shoe? I like the whiners who haven't a clue. Mean `ol HTC's out to get you.

Some people have the damnedest problems with their service and all. And respect. They gets no respect. Lawd knows they deserve it. And heav'n ferbid anyone else being just fine. :D

And shure I'll add my BN story here About the great service I have gotten here .

In Late 02 my I had a house fire .. We lost over 1/2 of our junk and Ended going thru the beg borrow ect just to survive .
Well during that time I was still subed up to the main but I had not flown for over 3 months . (No pc's )

Well The Mrs Roo Gave them a call to cancel my acct and explained the situation to them. Not only did they just close my account ,They Refunded $$$ from the time I wasnt in the Main !!!

Now show me another Company that would do that for you that easy !!!

(other Companys I know would just close the acct and keep the $$$)

No doubt HTC has a terrific customer service. Skuzz has worked with me with more than a couple of probs, one took about a week and a half to sort out and numerous , numerous e-mails.
  Most companys will just blow you off if they can`t get things worked out for you without much or no effort.
   Only company I have seen that was even comparable to HTC was CH when AckAck worked there and I think that was more of an effort on AckAck`s part than CH.
