Ahhh...

I threatended to change my avatar once, but the avalanche of outraged emails made this idea untenable.

And not so ironic that you're quite mistaken.

But... what's the (ooooh) controversy here?

This is in the same spirit as betting accounts over Scenario outcomes.

Not a huge deal.

20 bucks. And no big point to make. Just a bet.

I really don't understand the trepidation. Is 20 bucks too high? I thought it's not a big deal to lose, yet big enough to be worth posting the bet. We could lower it.? Is that it?

You're refering to the pic I posted?

My mouth was closed.

bzzzzt.

Not being overseas does not mean being an American.

bzzzzt.

Funny, you and I had a little spat about how insignificant us Canadians were compared to you Oregonians. I don't blame you for not remembering - it was idiotic. But it does speak to something, you're authoritative way of saying, nothing.

Here's a toaster on yer way out.

a) I don't know how "irony" even enters the picture. You were just plain dumb-arsed mistaken. Would you find it somehow ironic if I called lamas basketballs? Whatever turns yer crank.

b) What's with the fixation on teeth all of a sudden? And what's with that logic? You haven't said that yer donut isn't small... so....?

You don't know where irony enters into the picture in regards to a thread about the U.S. Presidential Elections being started by a foreigner?  Umm... that's just being obtuse nash.

And I was wrong about you being british... saying it again won't make it any more true.  It doesn't make you starting this thread any less funny.

As for your teeth... it was a joke based on thinking you were british... you're response was pretty funny though.  Almost as if you went through the thought process of "when could he have seen my teeth".  I'd hardly call it an obsession, but if that makes you feel better, then go ahead.

Actually.... You tell me.

How is it ironic for me to be the one starting this bet?

Would it also be "ironic" for a foreigner bet on Tiger Woods or the WBC title?

Do you even know what the word "irony" means?

I don't think I'm being obtuse. I think you're being an arse, for some reason.
