yep.. like Kimbers and I agree that I really don't need another caliber to reload for and sort brass for.

beetle... you shot the kimber.   You were getting huffy because I couldn't load a fresh magazine in less than 10 seconds for you remember?

Yep, so then I started reloading my own. I cut my finger on that gun. The slider seemed to have a very strong spring. Maybe I'm a wheel gun kind of guy.

If I had beetle around for a month I would have him so addicted to firearms ans shooting that he would be writing letters to the editor in british newspapers asking for more freedom...

I haven't figured out the advantage or disadvantage of the 45gap except for maybe a little smaller grip end to end which I really don't need... for carry I want a single column gun or revolver.  The only advantage to semi autos for carry is the flatness and you give that away with a hi cap mag.

barrinf military use..I don't see much use for a hi capacity pistol in any case.

yep... and you need em if you have em... in the revolver days gunfights were like 1.7 rounds.. now they are up to 7  they don't end any different just a lot more ammo being tossed around.

I feel pretty confident that a 5 shot .357 j frame smith that weighs 12 oz. will do everything that some of my cannons will do.

you can put the smith in your front pocket and it won't even be noticed... it is a enclosed hammer so you can even fire it from a pocket..  might set your clothes on fire tho.

any gun on you is better than the highest capacity one at home in the safe in a fite.

have you guys picked up the new scandium and titanium guns?   12 oz is light as a feather!

got eagle ebonywood grips for it that make it even more compact and slippery.

referrance to the UK law were deadly force is prohibited even if your home is invaded.  I understand that should that occur you would need to vacate the premises.

Oh, that. I keep forgetting, but then again I live just a few minutes from this...

...where we tend not to have to worry about such things. My patio door is wide open, the fan is purring softly behind me, and life is good.

Same situation here. However, 4am sometimes the wild life changes from that of day dwellers. ;)
