really missing channel 1 in the MA

Think anyone from HTC will reply, or even look at this post, and take it into thought? Or is chan 1 completly ruled out? CH1 was a big part of the game, if it wasnt.... Why were there so many people on it in the first place?

      Because it was DEFAULT and darn annoying at that.

There is no issue here...those that want the banter blagger bragger bull text have only to use 200.  Or is there an ISSUE with channel 200...like just a few guys dominating it lol??

I admit some stuff on 1 has made me laugh but it ain't in my oppinion the be all and end all of AH.

As for newbies tuning to 200 thats up to them but at least they ain't subjected to the "crap" in the first place.

HTC... What do you think of the idea to have ch1 but be able to toggle it off as a setting?? Is HTC not able to make this happen or should the community just 'deal' with it?? I mean com'on.. Most have been flying and paying money to HTC for years.. We have always had a ch1 to talk to the other countries.. I have seen no one actually die or quit/leave because of ch1.. What if I just wanna give a general shout out to all the badguys.. I do this often.. ERRRRR I 'did' this often.. Geee HT, put down the Gestapo book and give us back ch1..  Put more moderators in the game if need be..  But please stop treating 'ALL' of us like children........

A good community can prolong even a bad game (and I'm NOT saying AH2 is bad), not sure why HTC even considered killing channel 1. More volunteer moderators would of been a better solution...

I feel exactly the same Fester, Its boring out there. I really got a kick out of chn1. Besides if someone didnt care for what someone was saying couldnt they have squelched him?

Does taking a feature away that so many want seem right?

Sure many wanted it gone, but the means were already in place for you to extinguish that channel.

Channel 200 is only different than channel 1 in one manner. You must choose to join it, wrather than choose to not join it. And it seems to me the people complaining about it, are realy complaining that most people do not join it.

Well guess what, that was the entire point of disabling channel 1.
So that the people who abuse the channel , did not have a captive audience that didn't want to listen. Why should the burden of choosing to  listen be on them, VS the burden be on the people who did wish to listen.
