Yes, it sure is. And I recommend it. If everyone would just make sure the check box labeled "wait for deadline before processing" is NOT checked, then the turn will be processed immediately after the last player has issued their orders.

Sometimes, it is desirable to wait until the deadline to have the orders processed. But in general, all of you should leave the box unchecked unless absolutely necessary.

When you check "Email Recipt" will you get a copy of your orders in your email box..

I'm using the PDF Imp map, do I download this every turn to show movements of forces?

Thanks banana and I am waiting to see what the answer to Naef's question is also since I am unsure and after reading several of the tutorials and help sites I didn't see anything about that but I may have missed it.
