After recent heavy nuclear and biological attacks, all government and law enforcement functions cease to exist. All forms of electronic communication are down. Riots and looting are spreading at an alarming rate in every city. Anarchy reins.
It seems the only possible chance for survival lies in the country areas , away from the cities.
You had seen the dark clouds of destruction building in advance. You knew you would have to travel as lightly as possible when the time came so you purchased a Gerber knife, one firearm and two cases of ammo.
