Yeah, the situation is the same. Kerry has no plan, but can't say that, so he goes to the super-secret plan. They have a lot of simularities, to me.

And her opinion is important because why?

Mr. Lars, I usually respect your opinions but this arguement seems a little short on sense IMO.

If that diplomat badgers her for 6+ years spouting unproven and false rhetoric, then I suspect that she'll speak her mind to that diplomat. Fortunatly, most diplomats wouldn't stoop this low.
