I'm not a Rook loyalist, and I know its an instant snapshot, but if you notice the alts in that list from the film viewer, no Rook is over 17.7k, while no less than 9 Bishops are equal or higer than 19k.
What does that prove? Absolutely nothing, which, ironicly is also the street value of gross generalizations like "rooks always have alt".
