I'm just a little confused here, while I find the actions alleged here to be quite juvenile, Im not sure just what kind of "action" you think should be taken.
We start off with someone taking a captured CV out of play (was is offmap or just in the backlines?)....then with a stroke of genious, another player decides to cheat by using a secondary account to decern the missing CV location to recover it. This provokes the original CV controling party to switch countries in a perfectly legitimate fashion, take control of their CVs and move them in ways not to the liking of most of his new countries players, clearly intending to flex his rank muscles in their faces.
Sure, sounds like a wrong thing to do (almost like GASP cheating). But if we are not going to address the issues of using multiple accounts to obtain country specific information, how are we to punish those who move CVs in ways others don't agree with? Its the old 2 wrongs making a right kind of issue.
I would certainly have no problem with HT taking apropriate action to make sure players don't do things that while not specifically against the rules, are clearly disruptive of the game. My main concern is I've seen two imature people trying to one up each other, and they BOTH need to realize that neither handled the issue very well IMHO.
