I see that you , and your cussing friends you named earlier are the new breed of AH......you want it your way and to hell with everyone else that was here before you came and before your cussing friends came..........  

well iv been playin AH for just over 3 1/2 years and iv always cussed most of it on squad vox the most common this i say on range vox is "oh thats fuggin BS" and thats not that much. and iv heard ppl that have been playin alot longer then i have cuss over open channel i mean most of us are grown men if we wanna cuss then we are ganna cuss only thing thats ganna stop us is that if HTC bans us and untill that day comes then we are ganna keep on cussin.

Perhaps we should all keep our children from going to McD's because there is someone there who says, "I want a Big Mac...no f**k that, I want a quarter pounder, no f**k that I want a Big Mac."

is McD's a place where mostly grown ppl come online and shootdown planes and if ppl cuss on it and ur kid heres it i see no problem cuz if he can here it at McD's then y cant he here it here i mean ppl cuss they have the right to after all its a free country if they didnt what u to say what u want the y is it there freedom of speech.

Trying to justify it only makes it more laughable.

You either choose to have some class, or you don't.

Loose language is something that has it's place.

Online here it doesn't for the reasons already stated.

Your a big guy, you got some brains. I really think that curbing language on Vox isn't too much to ask. I mean you have to go so far as to hit the mike button to share your wisdom. Hitting the mike button is your "think about it" pause..

I mean you keep say it is free speech and all....and you have a right to use language like this on local range vox,  now saying BS  most wouldn't have a problem with it, unless you did it continously, the F word though is too much.....most would prob ask you to clean it up......

but then again you say it is ok, because you are in  Aces High online game and it is a free country and you have right to free speech so you are allowed to continously use F word bombs at your discretion for all to hear unless they squelch you..........


Thank you american schools & parents for teaching individuals it is alright to say any filthy derrogatory word when ever they please , where ever they please with out consideration of others....

Here is where you are totally wrong, and show your true colors.  If someone asks you to NOT curse, show some respect, and dont'.  BOTTOM line.  There really is no other option.  Failure to do so DOES show how you were "raised", or at the least shows how much "class" you have.  A father including his child in his hobby should be commended, and he should not have to scramble for the speaker volume because "some" people don't understand what is and isn't "appropriate".

You shouldn't cuss on range vox because it IS rude, and inappropriate.  If you are asked to stop, you should immediatly apologise, and STOP.  To do anything else is rude, and wrong.  

 

same goes with cussin dont tell a payin customer how to talk if u dont like it squelch em that what its there for.

How long do you think it would take you to get booted if Skuzzy or HT was in vox range and heard you cussin' up a storm, asked to stop, and you kept going?  I would THINK you had sense enough to know that cursing is NOT acceptable behavior (DUH! why you get muted if you TYPE inappropriate words) in AH, and if your asked to stop, you should stop, and apologise.  

This is FAIRLY simply thing to understand.  Don't quite know how you are having a tough time with it.  HT doesn't allow cursing.  As of late it's been somewhat overlooked, but that does not mean they condone it.  Far from it.  Send 'em a film of you cussin' out someone and you'll get kicked out.  Period.  

Try and show some maturity here.  This is pretty basic stuff.  I cuss all the time.  I have have the good taste to understand when it is considered APPROPRIATE though, and in an online sim it isn't.  Nor at church, or my kids school, generally not at work, hmmm....  do I need to email you a list of when it's considered "crass" to spew vulgarities?  You said you were not raised by heathens, ok, then act like it.

like skull said class online thats like ppl talkin about honor in AH its a frickin game there no honor in playin a game. oh and just to let yall know when ppl say there kid is in the room or sitin down watch i dont cuss i clean it up and only say good things but when theres only grown ppl around i let it fly but once and a while someone asks me to clean it up abit and i try to it might slip out from time to time but hey we're not perfect

there is Honor in AH, you may have played AH 3 1/2 yrs but if you can not see 1 ounce of Honor, you have not progressed to that level that some possess.....the Honor has slipped some though in the last 4 years.....

That's just stupid.  I started to erase what I typed but then couldn't find another way to express it properly.

First it would appear that you are saying it is okay to curse because this is an online community and mostly adults come here to shoot down planes.

Second you seem to think it's okay to curse in a public forum such as McD's.

Freedom of speech is a wonderful thing but it does have ramifications.  You ARE gauranteed the right of free speech.  You are NOT gauranteed from the reprocutions of said free speech.

Third, this is not a public forum and your right to free speech is not gauranteed here.  This is a private game.  Yes, you pay for the privelage to play the game on HTC's servers but that right can be refused at any time.

Daddog is an extremely respected member of the community and I think you will find that most of the people that have supported and played AH through the years will side with him.  To play arrogant with his simple request does not make you look good.
