perhaps you ARE holding back for the convention. i can imagine that being a possibility, but no mention has been made of it that i can see.
it is frustrating in situations like these because what begins to appear is the spectre of shiesterism.

you must see that it is not his imperative to speak in any specific manner regarding your product. you are a vendor, he is your customer, as are all of us.
we butter your bread. not the other way around.
what it sounds like is..."if you are going to talk to me like that, youll either a, get nothing out of me regarding these things, or b, i will ignore you. fine. but its not the attitude that one would expect from someone who is not on the serious defensive or expects that his customer base will remain loyal irregardless.
fact is, it is you who is bringing this product to market, and, from what i have seen, it is you who has made a gazillion promises and have so far failed to materialize them. markets dont like these things.
essentially, most of us are funding your additions and the time you are spending to make the game better. is that really fair? shouldnt we be paying a reduced premium for services which have been reduced?
there are many of us who would like to see the old hitech that all the vetrans talk about. someone who was in here, making his rounds, jacking up the troops and being a part of the team.
i am certain that were all rooting for you.
but in many ways, its beginning to feel much like a bad relationship the old, "im gonna do it honey, get off my back."
mostly, all that people are asking for is a bit of communication, some explaination and a few additions from time to time.
getting abrupt with them is just silly, and it shows to me that either a. things are not so sunny in hitech land. b. you cant handle critique or c. your expectations are so high that they could never really be met.
i am sorry for that. truly. it is ruining my experience because most people are starting to get obviously aggrevated.
if i were you, and i mean this sincerely, i would look at the long road sir and see that sword in front of you before you fall on it.
