Now Kerry is REALLY getting on my nerves...
« on: September 24, 2004, 08:24:48 AM »
Who is advising this guy?

It sounds like Clinton's people have firm control over his campaign now.

It's nothing but shrill *****ing from Kerry.

And he's not Howard Dean, but he sure is trying to sound like him. This angle of attack is not his forte.

I don't think 100% attack mode is going to work for him.

He is being very ill-advised.

Now his wife is getting in on the act. She is the definition of an annoying b*tch and this angle seems to make her appear more so.

I believe that he feels he has nothing to lose at this point.  Sorta like making us all sit and wait while they recount a states votes 4 times.

I think James Carville is pulling the strings now and he is pretty loud mouthed and obnoxious.

Saw James Carville  on The O'Reilly Factor the other night and he swears he has nothing to do with Kerry's campaign.

But he also said he didn't send Bill a letter asking for money for the Kerry campaign and only laughed and said he didn't remember doing it when Bill showed him the letter with Carville's letterhead.

About time he really took the gloves off. The only disapointing thing to me was how long it took for him to do it.

It's working.

Took the gloves off?!

When was the last time the Democrats even knew what a glove WAS?

Heh, the exact same kind of response as the time I complained that Kerry wasn't doing this.

Yet, if his gloves were off back then, and indeed have always been off, why all of this new moaning about it now?

I guess everytime they sink to a new low it's considered "Taking off the gloves" ?

OK fine...how many gloves do they wear then? Is there a limit to how many times they "Take off the gloves"?

He doesn't realize that he is making himself look worse and worse?  The polls alone should make it obvious, even to him.

No, Kerry has been doing the same thing since before his convention.

Not exactly, no... I would say....

This week marks the beginning of a change. It's clear as day to me, and if this thread is any eveidence, others are noticing it too.

It is because until last week, the normal media was trying to hide it, not punt it to the forefront.

That's part of it. Kerry was getting buried in memogate and swifties. It was taking over.

It's not any more, because I think the press are tired of the periphery stuff. I don't expect that type of clutter to again become the focus in quite the same way as it did this summer.

It's on to real issues, and today. Not swifties and 30 years ago.

Which cannot be good for Bush.
