Oh yeah, he did it.

Look at his emotionless face as he was interviewed on TV. The guy had ZERO expression on his face during his TV interviews.

Guilty and destined for hell.

Im surprised... I didnt think the prosecution even came close to making a case... everything they had was circumstantial... dont think they proved he did it "beyond a reasonable doubt."

I still think he did it based on that because its logical... but logic doesnt substitute for evidence.

I thought Laci was far-along in the pregnancy? Far enough where abortion wouldn't be a legal option (in most cases)anymore?

Seriously though, does anyone have an answer to this? At what stage would Scott Peterson only be able to be charged with one count of murder instead of two, assuming Laci was pregnant? Is there such a scenario?

Exactly why its a WOMANS issue and men should stay out of it.
Because men dont and wont have any say in the matter one way or the other.

In the end it doesnt matter cause its not going away anytime soon. Even with Bush in office and even if he gets the judges he wants appointed in.

Not sure if that is the exact reasoning behind it but yes Laci was far along. 9 months in fact.

I'm actually rather scared that he was found guilty. No real evidence given except for how he acted after it happened. And that didn't really prove anything.

Murderer or not, I don't think he was convictable. That's what scared me.

Its state specific, and varies when the death of a fetus is considered another homicide. But I think 9 moths is considered a separate homicide in any state (though I wouldn't bet on it).
