Yea that thing. Well, I had a 7 man flight of 262's up - yes NO **** - 7. Mmm hum...yes I understand the internet is an unpredictable place and connection problems happen...Mmm hum...ok, tell you what then. You give myself, Wipple, FX, Hub, Psbryguy, igshill and the other dude our points back - and i'll make sure to pay the bill on time this month.  Mmm hum...oh an RV8? Thats awesome, does it have an inverted oil system? Ok good deal - remember to reinstate those perks. Yea you too.

My problem with the puffy is the range.. having it right over enemy installations ok no problem... just fly around them... but its over a wide area around installations... id just like it fire on a smaller area.

At least with this version you get a chance to wave good bye to your hard earned perk points as you float to the ground and watch your 262 spin into oblivion.

Many  times Im in a bomber wading thru the stuff, wondering how Im not getting hit. And other times Im in a fighter and blam Im hit. You just never know which round has your number. Kinda cool I think.

I must be lucky, I have taken only a single ping from puffy ack couple years ago and I have never been downed by it.

Maybe I'm lucky but I can understand the frustration if you have lost a few aircraft to it.

It's worse in this version , I was at a base next to the water and had to rtb. climbed up to 4k to get over the hills , flew about 3 min and droppped into a valley back down to 2 k. The stuff was still pinging me.

I believe that the ack should be 100% effective on any plane over 5k above ground level.

I've had my fair share of hits against me by "puffy ack" but I love it and would hate to see it go.

It adds a sense of realisim as I'm bombing a base and see puffy ack all around me.

Nice to see that there is one thing in this game that can 1 ping WT to the tower.

The faster you fly, the more accurate poofy ack becomes... I've never lost a buff to poofy ack but I've lost quite a few 262's to it.
