Russians = bad!

BAD RUSSIANS BAD BAD!

Just like there are stupid Americans (like a certain poster here who's name starts with N, and ends with E, and rhymes with PUKE), there are stupid Russians.

People are the same everywhere.  Your average American would have a lot in common with your average Russian, or German, or Saudi Arabian, or .

Governments take on "macro" characteristics, not individuals.

they attacked Poland together in September 1939 per their pre-war agreement. Germany from the west and the Red Army from the east. They then divided Poland in two.

And what did our American cousins who are so big and tough do at the time?

NOTHING MUCH!

Left it to the French, who they now seem to have issues with and us plucky Brit, to deal with the situation.

Ok so then after a couple of years those pesky Japanese helped make your mind up by seriously embaressing you into a war.

And before you have a go, I do agree it was a case of better late than never of course. Your help was and still is much appreciated.

:aok thanks!

On average you should think people are the same.

Food for thought:

When Stalin came to power he executed all his political adversaries. Not only that, he executed the leading military brain of the army. As if that wasn't enough, he executed most of the intellectual society of the country, some (read the smartest) were fortunate to escape the country before that though.

What does that leave the country with? Non intellectual fearful peasants who were subjected to substandard quality of living and rampant thievery.

The average gene-pool of the country was wiped clean of intellect.

The result we can sadly witness today.

No not their fault just saying that we were left to go it alone whilst you guys made up your minds. We're pretty proud that we took em on alone over here you know. I think our grandfathers earned that pride. And you might note how my last post ended before you get on your "I'm so clever, high horse!"

;)
