Does it matter though? One squeeky wheel telling HTC how to run the game? I mean anyone who has flown a plane in real life can argue that AH FM is screwed up, does that make it any less fun? Hell no. So let Straiga make up all the stories he wants, I doubt it will change anything. You guys cant be getting all bent out of shape over this crap...it is a waist of time. We could all be busy talking HTC into adding a B-25 to AH, or a malcolm hooded P51 he he ;)

Where did Golfer go? Did he meet the guy?

Kegger26: Yes it maters.

One thing if a totaly unkowledgable person wants to tell me somthing is inconcrect. I can respond and that can be the end of it.

Now if some one wants to claim, (my pet peave on the subject) and Aeronatical engerning degree, and then wants to tell me the physics are incorect. Well I have to respond more prescisly, can't even ingnor it, because other people would belive the credentials. Hence the rumor spreds, and does damage to my buissness. So hell yes it maters.

And btw I do not belive that tail of his degree either. Manly because any other eng. I have ever met can converse with me on a technical level.  Straiga didn't even have a language in common to talk about any subject.

Ahhhhh.  So this has all a big hoot! to Straiga (and you too cause you like have known him as a friend for like two years or so like?)
It's all part of his roleplaying as a dysfunctional ******* in an online game?

Well.  Obviously I can't speak for anyone else here but I'm just knee slapp'n, rofl like a giddy kid about it all! Hot damn, man if that guy Straiga aint gonna to be the next Don Rickles

Honestly?  Sorry but bzzzt. Wrong answer.

You're "boy" is a lying arnold with "issues" and IMO if you stand close to him you'll catch his perma-stink too.

"Where did Golfer go?"

I think Golfer got smart.

Ok let me clear a few things up, first off he is not "my boy". I am not defending him, as I said in my post you have to just laugh off his claims, becuase they are BS. I at no time gave any credit to his claims, I simply said it really isnt a big deal. So next time maybe you should take the time to fully read and understand my post before responding to it.
Hitech, in hindsight how you explained this whole thing to me, you are right. It does create a problem for you. I do not own a major computer game company so I lacked the insight to under stand your veiw on this. Thank you for clearing it up for me. If any of us here have the right to get upset over all of this it is you. I simply was sharing my views on how I deal with Straiga, and his stories. This however does not apply to you. However as for the rest of the group here I feel it does.
Look we all know he is full of crap. No one here is doubting that. But I ask you what good is it doing to stand around yelling and pointing about it? In two weeks do you think it is going to change anything? I doubt it. So I say we just srug it off and move on. We do this all the time with guys like Shane and the like. I think we can find better things to do with our time is all I am saying.

-Keg.

PS. I got the Graham Crackers and peanut butter, but who is bringin the beer and steaks?

Thank God we dont have to pass license exams in here huh?  I doubt instructors would be real happy with most of my landings.  lol

I once slipped and almost fell in an slick spot from oil that dripped out of an engine that had been in a plane made to look like a real Japanese zero!  Does that count for anything?  :)  I took a picture of it too!  (The plane, not the oil spot.  Though come to think of it, at least the oil was real.  The plane was as real as easy cheese.)

I have flown a Yak 52WT, a guy I know on the feild owns one. Though I sould point out, I was in the back seat, I didnt take off or land the thing. But I did have the stick for the three hour flight from PDK to RIC. As for being close to some sort of real war bird, the Air Zoo in Kalmazoo MI has dozens of flying WWII aircraft. Check it out some time.
As for AH flying, I have made landins in AH I could only dream about in real life. The thought of flying into bad weather makes me sick, yet I have flow a P-51 150 miles back to base missing half of one wing in AH. If only I could fly like that in real life.

Point it, there are alot of ppl in AH that like to tell tall tales, just like in real life. Go to any bar and you are sure to find someone there willing to tell you any number of tall tales.

Yes.  They are called "pathological liars".

I claim to have a BE Aero.  Can't find the @#$^ thing at the moment though.  Several house moves in the last few years and I can't find the bit of paper in the frame that says I can do what I get paid to do.  Still, I get paid to to be an Aero Eng.  Hope HT can trust me like my airline employer does...  ;)

Moral of the story, HT's correct, having a bit of paper or some photos doesn't mean squat.  If you make a claim but then can't walk the walk, or even talk the talk, you're better off not making any claims at all.  If you do and the community believes the rubbish you spout, it's all bad.
