According to Golfer he is refusing to post because he's above all the petty 'prove it' calls. So he is very much alive.
Straiga who are [is] a little more headstrong, less of a 'people pleaser' who will take to the attitude of "Why should I prove myself" just for the sake of a BBs community.
Even though all along its been Straiga who uses his 'life experience'; and his 'engineering degree'; and his '500 hours in a P-51'; and his 'B-17 stick time'; and his fact that his father is either 'a retired Colonel, Major General or full General' to show HT and the rest of us idiots how beyond reproach his 'opinions' are. It's only natural that get upset and storm off when folks question his claims. At the very least there's chance of indentity theft should he offer any evidence. He may even get 'stalked'.
A man of that caliber can't be bother with us low lifes. That would just take time away from valid issues like the fact AH2 doesn't model a real modern auto pilot system, or that aircraft that lose their tail fall into the ground the wrong way, or that on auto take off the ailerons move.
With grand pressing issues such as those he just doesn't have time to waste on silly things like proving his claims.
I guess he is just 'showing all of us' by refusing to post at all. Golfer believes him and that should be good enough for the rest of us...
