I already tuned my TV to Zvezda channel. They run Soviet films (all kinds) and some low-budget "educational" programms including ones that are about Orthodox church. Still "test broadcasting" only, the picture quality is not good in my area. I already enjoyed some forgotten films like "Train out of timetable" about railway emergency services dealing with an uncontrolled train with an engine driver who died from heart-attack. Pure commie propaganda, isn't it?

I like the idea of showing Soviet films without idiotic commercials. I'll prefer good old Soviet films to Hollywood crap that is run 90% of the time on other channles. TRC "Kultura" that runs non-commercial programms, educational, historical and other non-profit stuff without advertisement is getting more and more popular every year.
What IMHO is really wrong is that government TV channels show enemy propaganda production 24/7.
