At first sight and a few days II thought the Rocket3 was pretty ugly too, but after a day it really grew on me.  Only time I noticed it's bulk was when trying   to move it around the drive and garage.

It's been a  good sales success for Triumph though and rightly so, even in little NZ they've sold close to a 100 of them.

I saw a Boss Hoss at Sturgis back in 98 and it may be big and fast but boy is it ugly.

Loonys? I`m gonna assume that was a reference to the HP put in these monsters. They seemed to have come up with something pretty unique that is doing very good.  At most of the major runs aimed primarily at the Harley rider you will see quite a few BHs roaming around.
I actualy thought they did very good appearance wise on these big boys. Considering the size and the HP in the motors, I think they have some very good, classic lines.
