I don't think it's a question of damage, IMO it's more a question of the way some play the game or fight the fight. Some will steal kills and swoop down on a carcass, and some won't. For me, it's the same as jumping sides when it becomes clear that one side is going to be set by another side; those who lust after perks will jump to the winning side and reap the benefits of the work done by those who were there from the start. With people like that, I wouldn't want to be in a fight with them, or rely on them for anything for they are only for themselves.
The type won't risk anything or get close to a fight unless they can get a sure kill, so they wait til someone else whittles down the opposition, and then will slip in and blast away.
I don't think HT can legislate integrity, nor should he.

I stink, so if you see me in the main arena and I'm on the guys six, do not assume that I can shoot him down.  I don't care who helps me kill the nme.  Although some have forgotten, this is a team game.  

Also, when outnumbered and if I happen to disable the nme aircraft I will disengage with out a firm kill ( he's going down, to either ditch or die)  and engage the next threat.

bottom line, I will never turn down help,  like I said, I stink at this game.

Thanks 1Klink, but no thanks.  Just think how pissed off Shane is when I shoot him down, or Fatel1 or any of the really big names that  I"ve managed in my own way to shoot down.  Sure they kill me a lot, but they work hard to do it, so what's that say about them, because I stink.  But I'm haveing fun.

Edit: Even checked for him in the MA, CT, TA (closed), SEA, and back in the DA at 1840. Saw WMLute pop in to announce the KOTH, Nomak popped in for a second, and so did Lambo31. Everyone else in the DA said they hadn't seen anyone named Spot come in for as long as they had been there which had been for well over an hour prior to me showing.
