Once again,
I hate night. I flew at night in AH1 and either logged or adjusted my video gamma. Adjusting your video gamma, for those unaware, removes the effect of night but distorts some of the colors.
I have been working on becoming more of a bomber pilot, but why would I want to fly at night? It's not like radar can't detect you? Your Icon is just as glowing and its hard to see the target. Is it the moon and the stars what you guys are getting wood about? Is there some lunacy going on?
Maybe if I understood the reason for night I would change my mind. I have yet to see a good reason for night. Is the reason because it looks cool? Is this like an "Apple Jack's" commercial where some adults just don't get it?
I am also someone who likes good weather. Snowy, rainy, and dark overcast days do nothing for me. Although a snow covered landscape would be ok. It's good to have somewhere the sun is always shining and the weather is nice. Why have night when you can have perpetual daytime? What would night add to the game?
I have previously cancelled my subscription to AH because of night. I have a limited time budget. When I log on and its night, that's when I either have to readjust the settings on my video card (temporarily) or just not play. If I can't play, I won't pay.
Not to sound too absolute and rigid, since the training and dueling arenas are available, there are places that people like me can go while you guys play in the dark.
Regards,
Malta
