get some speed, a little alt, and position the camera, then roll the joystick (breaking auto pilot) until you are inverted. The sunlight lights up your belly, you can get a shot or two, then F1, correct (you will probably be in a dive by now) and reposition/redo. Does wonders for belly screenshots.
