Yes it is real, look at the dates. VERY often he gets picked up the same day he is released!

It does make me wonder if they are looking for him, kind of like a spawn camper...wait, wait...he'll pop in any minute now...wait....THERE HE IS, GET HIM!

Is that site for real?

So he has been detained from 4/26/2005 to 5/5/2005 for ALCOHOL INTOXICATION ???

Here we see again the great freedom and privacy you seem to enjoy over there.

While no expert, it usually means that he is drunk and disorderly, ie. he is a nuisance in public, and therefore has to be arrested to calm him down.  Obviously he is a chronic offender, and is getting the maximum sentence each time which is jail time of 10 days apparently.

anyways, nice of you to come buy and take yet another poke at the US Mr. Amerihater...

My guess is that the food and bedding in jail is probably better than what they offer in the homeless shelters. There's no way he can have a house/job and end up spengin 25+ days in jail every month. That rap sheet goes back YEARS!

So are you all okay with posting data like that on the internet or any other public media?

Innocent until proven guilty? Doesn't seem to be the case here.

IMO this is the worst kind of invasion of privacy there is.

Exactly. That's excatly the thing I find unbelievable. Why make his data public if he hasn't been convicted of anything? Also 10 days for being drunk without a trial?

I might agree with a sex offender registry, but this is ridiculous.

you must be missing something in the translation

he HAS (past tense.. meaning this is just a history report) been convicted of all of those charges

OK, the person has been convicted in a trial for 10 days in prison for being drunk. That does change things quite a bit. It never crossed my mind that you would put people on trial for things like that.

I however still don't agree with publishing persons data in a case like this. If a person is sentenced for 10 days for a thing like this I think it's more than enough. This turns it into a life sentence.
