yep.. mav knows what he is talking about.  This guy had a history of crime and violence... under current three strikes laws this is exactly the kind of guy that would get 30 years.

mora.. I don't care what it costs to keep em off the street.  How much does it cost when they do 1500 bucks worth of damage to a car in order to sell your stereo for $10 to buy drugs?   How many of those $1500  destructive thefts do they have to do to support their habit?
