it never ceases to amaze me.  I know the media eats this stuff up because right or wrong it stirs contraversy and debate.....but damn that was funny.  I saw that on the news just not in that good of quality and no sound so it made the officers look bad.

Of course she didn't do anything wrong.  Nope not a thing if you don't count:

Driving under a suspended liscense. (edit)
No seat belt
54 in a 35
tail light out
broken wind shield
resisting arrest
assaulting a police officer (personally I didn't see her do this but I didn't feel like watching it a second time to confirm it.

yup total set up :lol

You forgot driving on a suspended license (3rd time). I heard the officer's chief on The Russ Martin Show the other day. The officer that tazed her just happens to be the tazer trainer for the department and gave her more warnings than was required. He really did everything he could before he zapped the biatch. He will not to media interviews because he has recieved multiple death threats. I really feel sorry for the guy, but gotta give him one of these.:aok

The sad thing is she plea bargined and never went to jail for the assault.

I'm saying she might have been treated differently if she were white. I'm saying the cops might have told her the reason she was being asked to step out of the car if she were white. I'm saying that they might have been more hesitant to tase if she were white. I'm saying that her reaction to the stop might have been based on her historical issues with the cops.

I also think she acted like a dimwit.

all of that is pure conjecture. The fact is that she was a dimwit and that's probably why she got the treatment she received. I see no reason other than her extreme stupidity.

cry me a river, she might have been treated just fine if she would have cooperated and/or her liscense wasn't suspended.

you see.... I said "might" in almost every sentence. That means it is conjecture. Thanks for pointing that out though.
