Tonight a couple Rooks moaned about the FHs going down, while others had been trying to capture it.

     I had been there 2 flights earlier in a fighter..and we werent getting it done. The FHs were left up and the enemy just kept upping.

     If you dont want the FHs down either go to the next base in line and cap that to take the heat off the one thats trying to be captured, goto another area altogether, goto the DA, or be happy with what you got and play along with the rest of us, playing the game according to its design.

     I dont play this game to appease you. I know you dont try to appease me..so from now on if you havent got anything good to say..say nothing at all.

    Dont rely on vulching for all your kills. Im all done bombing for Rookland for awhile. Getting hooked up with the crew I was around tonight left a bad taste in my mouth.

   Look out now!  Im coming to steal your kills.  :/

You see, you have nothing good to say here so....

Maybe those guys fighting wanted the enemy to up. Maybe they were having fun furballin? It could easily be said "let us furball, go do your land grab somewhere else" I like the venom and genuine digust you put into the post though. Also, how many is a couple(yes I know it's 2 but people generalize) So was it just 2, or was it more? Less? And finally, this has been around since flight sims began. The great land grab/furball debate. In choosing to tackle this massive debate you need something new and fresh, not the old "I hate you, you hate me" routine. Other than that, it was good. Spelling looks correct, clear and to the point. You just left to many loose ends for it to be a great whine.

First off I wasnt whining..I was b****ing.

Secondly by saying "If you havent anything good to say, say nothing at all" I dont see where thats saying anything hateful.

Thirdly if by rare occurance fighters started a fight at a base without a prelude bomber strike attracting attention, and bombers showed up...please say we are just furballing here...make it known...LOUDLY...on text. I know if that happened Id gladly leave to more productive areas.

But most times the people chirp in, in the middle of a base capture try, expecting the bomber to only kill the ack and vh, and any GVs that might endanger their vulching attempts.

 So my advice..stake a claim on a base, preferably not in a main attack lane, something off to the side, announce it on text that its off limits to bombers. Then if bombers disregard your request...blaze away at him.

  Oh and thanks for scoring my post..its important to me.

Why go to the next base and cap when they can get easy vulches?
Feel for ya.
Nothing like trying to help and getting kicked in the mouth for it.

This is one of the reasons our squad left Rookland, did the same thing got a lot of abuse for it, easy solution, now Bish (we need all the help we can get, good or bad )

What is the point of killing any hangars in a forward base? I understand destroying the VH as the flaks can give you serious trouble if they have numbers.

Just level the city and drop in the goons and you have a functional base. It is no point of capturing a base that is bombed to pieces IMO.

It is more clever to bomb FHs down from a second line base as these will give trouble to the low vulchers and BHs from distant bases where the bombers normally start from.

my personal preference would be VH, town then if need be FH's. Unfortunately though if there are guys that want to take the base and guys that just want to "furball" (vulch) there, eventually the "furballers" run out of bullets facing the superior odds of planes upping with wheels still on deck then RTB and the guys that like the land grab aspect are left with a ton of nme....I think we have all seen a capped base 1 minute then 5 minutes later no one left there and they are otw to our closest base. I like to land grab from time to time and vulching is fun anytime:p  
  Filth, screw the guys that don't like it. Maybe Hoarach had a point when he asked for a "furball island" on every map then the guys that just want to furball would have a place to go.

Amen to that but please don't confuse furballing with vulching. They are two entirely different sports.

Dipstick, I understand the difference but I was really referring to the guys directly over a base struggling to get to the upping plane before the other 10 guys can get him:)  I like the fighter part of this game more than anything, if you couldn't take bases it wouldn't matter to me...but that's not how the game is set up.
