Hehehehe.. touche'.  Of course... Eugene is the liberal capital of Oregon.  Don't know what you were saying about Grant's Pass... but if you're from SF you'd know better than me

As for Mass... it is perhaps the most liberal, well-funded democrat supporting state in the US.  If I had to guess what state this occured in.. I woulda guessed Mass.  If I had to guess what state this guy would most likely be executed in... I'd pick Texas.

repeat juvenile offenders. Hey, it's the only way to be sure... Do you think that dude looks pudgy now? We say give him a whole floor in the Department of Juvenile Justice, a 55 gallon drum of BB-QUE sauce and get out of his way...

ditto about mass - i doubt the founding fathers (uh i mean 'persons') really intended to have 20 years of appeals behind every death sentence - death row is really more like life in prison these days - seems to me they were more worried about the police dragging people from their homes and stringin' em up - not giving wack-bags like this guy endless loopholes to and get outta jail free cards -

I don't like capital punishment.  But as far as I'm concerned, these sexual crimes against children should be life without parole on the first conviction.  These people DO NOT get better.

They should dress this bastard up in a U.S. Army uniform and send him back in time to the Bataan Death March and let the bastard suffer, after he survives the march by a small margin we send him up to Manchuria so that the Unit 741 Japanese biological test freaks can do experiments on him and hopefully infect him with Small Pox or the Plague.

Authorities are searching for a 23-year-old Aurora man who allegedly killed a friend when he tried to shoot a plastic cup off of the victim's head during an alcohol-filled Christmas Eve party.

Manuel Dominguez-Quintero, 22, died from a single shot that struck his forehead.

Adrian Lorenzo Quintana-Galindo dropped the .25-caliber pistol and fled onto the streets of Aurora after the incident, Sgt. Dan Mark said.

"He has relatives in Mexico," Mark said. "But we don't think he's left the country."

Like William Tell

Authorities said Quintana-Galindo spent Sunday evening in holiday celebrations with friends and relatives. Like everyone else at the party, Quintana-Galindo had been drinking when he and Dominguez-Quintero decided to go to the back yard to play with a .25-caliber pistol.

Taking a page from the Swiss legend of William Tell, who shot an apple from his son's head with an arrow, Dominguez-Quintero placed a plastic cup on his head while Quintana-Galindo took aim, Mark said.

He fired a single round that struck Dominguez-Quintero in the head, killing him instantly, Mark said.

Nature sure has a funny way of weeding out the weak-minded tards.

It's called earning a Darwin Award. You get it for doing something that takes you out of the gene pool...... preferably before they breed any other future winners.

It's kind surprising that a .25 auto managed to penetrate a skull that thick. That round has a reputation of bouncing off. Quite a few women buy those things as they are small and "non threatening" to them. I heard one firearms instructor tell one befuddled woman: "Don't ever shoot anyone with that, you'll just piss him off!"

This problem could have been nipped in the bud with an army boot and a bucket of water after he was convicted the first time.  I see no reason to support this detriment to humanity for his lifetime.
