The point (IMO) was, Clinton attacked Iraq based on information he believed to be true. Or was it a lie and he misled the american public?
And just in case you missed the point again.

"Their mission is to attack Iraq's nuclear, chemical and biological weapons programs and its military capacity to threaten its neighbors," said Clinton. What part of the above is a lie and why?
