hmm - I guess they should stop and interview every car before they open fire eh?
I think I would take another route if I was an average Iraq

Well Lazs, it was the Guardian broke the story about the Iraqis using chemical agents against the Kurds in Halabja in 1988, in fact one of the Observer journalists investigating in Iraq was later captured and executed by the Saddam regime for espionage. Given that the Halabja incident was one of those cited as a prime justification for invading Iraq in 2003 and as I don't recall you or Eagler or any of the other neo-con salivating monkeys screeching about *that* story's origin when you were shouting for war, I guess your disdain for that particular news outlet is selective and hence as irrational as the rest of your postings.

As far as the Allawi statements go, he still hasn't retracted them, but I'm sure you know better than him, right?

That's all.

Article3
Section. 3.

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

Says nothing about civilian or military.  It must apply to everyone then.

Not to mention preserving that American ideal that everyone should get a fair trial.  Or does he not deserve one because people have heard he's a bad, bad man?
