I do not dislike Wrag (he usually has good points) or any one for that matter in game or here. I think a lot are quite strange and some even are a bit in need of help, but I am sure quite a few feel the same way about me, so touche...
As for language in game:
is it out of control? Naaawwww.
is it sometimes over the top? Yep.
do some people choose to be stupid and vent there frustration in a poor vulgar manner (myself included at times)? Yes.
Should there be a way to mute range? Absolfreakinglutely!
Anyways Lute, Wrag's point of responsiblity over language was ok, but the constant referenceing lawsuits was rediculous, over the top, and even more poor form than my reply. If it hurts you or he that much, I apologise then, I guess. But, keep the lawyers out of online gaming, they are already on the verge of destroying almost every single vestige of leisure time we have, why allow it here.

An actual law suite isn't my point at all. My point is many think they can say and do as they wish in AHII or most anywhere on the web. Constantly they use the justification that it's only this, that, that other thing........or just plain whatever............. NEVER MIND what possible damage they may or may not do. NEVER MIND anything, or anyone else, ALL that SEEMS to matter, ALL that SEEMS important is THEY get their GOOD FEELING ABOUT THEMSELVES.... RIGHT???

As to keeping the Lawyers out............ that is NOT up to me. I'm actually trying to keep the Lawyers OUT! You, and everyone else for that matter, have seen it OVER and OVER and OVER! We ALL know what brings Lawyers in.

The gaming industry is already UNDER the GUN! It's in the news all around you. Little blips here and there. You think AHII is somehow immune? You think online gaming isn't being looked at right now? Our government is already making noises. Didn't Hillary Clinton already chime in? Haven't some other politicians already chimed in?
The BEST form of discipline is SELF-discipline. There are a hugh number of people out there in the world that would just LOVE to step in and discipline you, me, or anybody else for that matter. Call em control freaks, power hungry, whatever....... they are there, they exist, and they are begging for an excuse.
So why give them an excuse? Is there something WRONG with having manners?

But there is a LINE! When someone, anyone starts screaming porfanity and vulgarity on local they cross that line. I, you, and everyone else, don't we all have a right to NOT hear it if we wish, and have asked someone to NOT subject us to it?
Have I ever said something on local or squad that was out of line? Sure, I think we all do from time to time. BUT I usually appoligized to all present and I always stopped of my own accord without being asked. I did NOT subject them to an abusive screaming fit of even more.
Do I, or have I become offended when a squadie has gone off on squad with a stream of such wording? NOPE! Ask em if you like. Hey I got headphones. So if my 9 year old granddaughter is around I wear em. To me squad channel is private, and the best place for it. 
Couple of em may have tested me on that.
Besides they put up with my singing
