what I don't understand is why some stuff is 'acceptable' while others things seem to bother mods?

sexist statements are common,
as are gay bashing statements,


seems there is zero tollerance for racism, which I agree is a good idea,
.....so why allow people to throw that kind of stuff around?

and if you need a wakeup call on the subject.... look what happened to the chairman of QANTAS...... and remember, black men were legaly able to vote for like 50 years before women's suffrage was 'granted'.

So why is sexism tollerated?

It really doesn't matter if HTC couldn't lose in court.

It does matter that it would cost MONEY!  WHAT you gonna pay the court fees?  You gonna pay the lawyers?  I DOUBT that!

Maybe even have HTC decide the HASSLE isn't worth it and close down????

Thinkin HTC is going to decide it IS NOT!  Thinkin those that go to far and cost HTC 1 potential customers may be invited to LEAVE.  Why?  Because 1 customer can and often does lead to 1 or 2 more by word of mouth!  SOOO your $14.95 vs a multiple of 2 or more is gonna get you what?????

What you think HTC will do with your account IF your little "there just words" typed in the buffer cause HTC to have to go to court and pay lawyers allot of money?????

We got all kinds of people coming into AHII NOW!

The ADDS are doing exactly what they were intended to do!

Thinkin HTC probably doesn't have a hugh amount of choice.

Any online game HAS to consider possible legal action now!
